Community Outreach

This position will work 12 to 5 Monday through Thursday, and will greet customers, check customers in, and assist them with general information and assistance. The position will also assist with phone coverage.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Youth Services Coordinator will support the development and program operations of the Youth Programs of the Workforce Alliance. The position will assist with intake, assessment, and eligibility of the WIOA Youth Program, and conduct outreach events, client recruitment, worksite development, records management, and reporting.
